1. 10% welcome offer
- When you sign up to the Darlish email list, we’ll send you a unique code for 10% off your next Darlish purchase.
- The offer is for new subscribers only and is limited to one code per person and per email address.
- To redeem it, show your code (on your phone or printed) to our team before you pay.
- The code can be used once, on a single transaction, at Darlish Spitalfields, Bloomsbury, St Albans and Hatfield House.
- It isn’t valid on delivery apps such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats, on subscriptions, gift cards, event or catering bookings, or with any other offer or discount.
- The code expires 30 days after it is issued. It has no cash value, can’t be exchanged or transferred, and no change is given.
- If you unsubscribe before using your code, it will still be valid until it expires.
- We may refuse or cancel a code if we reasonably believe it has been misused, for example if multiple sign-ups are made to obtain extra codes.
2. General
- Offers are available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Allergen information is available from our team in every parlour. Please ask before ordering, including when using a code.
- We use your personal information to run our offers in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you take part applies.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
