These terms cover our 10% welcome offer. They apply alongside our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By taking part in the offer, you agree to these terms.

This offer is run by Darlish Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09859169), with its registered office at Home Farm, Hatfield Park, Hatfield, England, AL9 5NH. Contact us at hello@darlish.com.

1. 10% welcome offer

  • When you sign up to the Darlish email list, we’ll send you a unique code for 10% off your next Darlish purchase.
  • The offer is for new subscribers only and is limited to one code per person and per email address.
  • To redeem it, show your code (on your phone or printed) to our team before you pay.
  • The code can be used once, on a single transaction, at Darlish Spitalfields, Bloomsbury, St Albans and Hatfield House.
  • It isn’t valid on delivery apps such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats, on subscriptions, gift cards, event or catering bookings, or with any other offer or discount.
  • The code expires 30 days after it is issued. It has no cash value, can’t be exchanged or transferred, and no change is given.
  • If you unsubscribe before using your code, it will still be valid until it expires.
  • We may refuse or cancel a code if we reasonably believe it has been misused, for example if multiple sign-ups are made to obtain extra codes.

2. General

  • Offers are available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Allergen information is available from our team in every parlour. Please ask before ordering, including when using a code.
  • We use your personal information to run our offers in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you take part applies.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

3. The Darlish 100: Terms and Conditions

  1. About The Darlish 100
    1.1 The Darlish 100 is an ongoing monthly ice cream subscription operated by Darlish Ltd
    1.2 Membership is limited to 100 members. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all places are taken, we may run a waiting list at our discretion.
     
  2. Price and payment
    2.1 Membership costs £30 per month, including VAT.
    2.2 Your initial payment will be taken at the point of sign-up, unless (a) you choose to start your subscription in the following month, or (b) you sign up after the 19th of the month.   In both cases, your initial payment will instead be taken on the 1st of the following month.
    2.3 Subsequent payments will be taken in advance by Stripe on the 1st of each month.
    2.4 If a payment fails, we may pause your collections until payment is received. 
  1. Minimum term and cancellation
    3.1 Membership has a minimum term of three consecutive months from the date you join.
    3.2 After the minimum term, your membership continues monthly until you cancel or the subscription period ends. 
    3.3 To cancel, please log into your Stripe membership portal via the Darlish website.
    3.4 If you cancel during the minimum term, you remain liable for the remaining payments in that term, unless we agree otherwise or you have a legal right to cancel.
    3.5 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. 
  1. Your monthly box
    4.1 Each month, your Darlish 100 box includes:
    Two new flavours chosen by Darlish (“secret flavours”)
    Two tubs of your choice from our existing range, subject to availability
    One single scoop to share with a friend
    4.2 Tubs are 500ml.
    4.3 Secret flavours are chosen by us and will vary each month. We cannot accept requests or substitutions for secret flavours. If you have an allery lease read 7.2
    4.4 If a chosen favourite flavour is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative. 
  1. Collection
    5.1 Boxes are available for collection from the 20th of each month at your chosen participating parlour: St Albans, Spitalfields and Bloomsbury
    5.2 All four tubs must be collected together.
    5.3 Boxes must be collected by  the last day of that month. Boxes not collected by then will be forfeited, with no refund or carry-over.
    5.4 We do not offer delivery. You are responsible for transporting and storing your ice cream at the right temperature once collected. You will receive them in a Darlish branded cool bag.
    5.5 You may need to show your subscription code or email address when collecting. 
  2. Free Scoop to keep or share
    6.1 Each month you also get a free single scoop, redeemable in store at a participating parlour. 
    6.2 It must be used within 6 months of the issue date and cannot be carried over to later months.   It can be redeemed at any parlour.
    6.3 It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or combined with other offers.
    6.4 You are issued with a ‘sharing’ code which you can use to give the scoop to a friend, if you wish. 
  1. Allergens
    7.1 Our ice cream is made in a kitchen that handles allergens. Full allergen information for each flavour, including secret flavours, is available in store and on request before collection. Please tell our team about any allergies.
    7.2 Your safety is important to us. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement that means you are unable to safely enjoy one or more of the Secret flavours, please speak to a member of the Darlish team when you collect your subscription.Instead of the secret flavours, you will be able to choose 4 parlour flavours of your choice, subject to availability and your dietary requirements.
  1. General
    8.1 Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or resold.
    8.2 We may change or cancel The Darlish 100 for reasons outside our reasonable control. If we cancel, we will refund any payments for boxes not yet made available.
    8.3 We may amend these terms. We will notify members by email of any material change.
    8.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

 

4. Darlish Loyalty Card: Terms and Conditions

  1. You earn one stamp per in-store visit with a minimum spend of £4.99 in a single transaction. 
  2. You can earn a maximum of one stamp per day. 
  3. Collect 9 stamps to receive one free single scoop. 
  4. You must present your card at the time of purchase to receive a stamp or redeem your reward. Stamps cannot be added afterwards. 
  5. The card is valid at Darlish St Albans, Spitalfields, Bloomsbury and Hatfield House only. 
  6. The card is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Stamps and rewards not redeemed by 31 March 2027 will expire. 
  7. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. 
  8. The card cannot be used with other offers, gift cards or pre-purchased scoops, including Darlish 100 scoops to share. 
  9. Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and stamps cannot be transferred to a new card. 
  10. Darlish reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the scheme. Any changes will be shown in store and on our website.
