All our ice cream is made in an environment that handles nuts, dairy and sesame. We follow a strict HACCP plan to reduce the risk of any cross contamination in our non-dairy and non- nut ice cream but please be aware we cannot 100% rule out this risk as a small non-BRC manufacturer.

Please note we have an established retail range of tubs which are fully labelled. Our bespoke and limited flavours are takeaway offerings from our parlour. These therefore come in unbranded, plain tubs, much like any takeaway.

We have use by dates on our retail tubs but not our takeaway ice cream. The ice cream in plain tubs has been made between 1-14 days before delivery. We recommend they are eaten within 3 months of delivery but they are OK for up to one year after delivery.

Some of the white tubs have printed dates on from the past. Please ignore these dates, they are the dates the tubs were manufactured, not the ice cream inside them. We are trying to find alternative packaging but it is very difficult to do in this current climate.

On delivery days our small team will be focusing on getting your orders to you. We do not have an administration team on hand and will not be able to respond to queries received from Thursday 5pm until the following  Monday.
